What is inside

  • Three steps for using the checklist: pick one task, fill in the prompt, review the output
  • A plain reminder of what an agent is: brain, tools and goal
  • A safety box: draft only to start, review before sending, and what not to connect
  • Ten starter tasks across research, inbox and admin, content, customer replies and your weekly plan
  • For every task: when to hand it over, the access it needs, a prompt starter and what you review
  • A two minute check to run on anything an agent gives you
  • A list of times to skip the agent and keep a person in charge

is this for you...

Who it is for

  • Solo owners and creators who are curious about AI agents but unsure where to start
  • Anyone who wants safe first tasks with a human checking the result
  • People who prefer a copy and paste starter over a blank prompt box

Before you rely on this

AI tools can be wrong, so review everything before you use it. Tool names and features vary and change. Educational content, not financial or legal advice.
